Depending on your interaction with AlignSnap, we may process:

6. Processing related to posture programs

AlignSnap products are educational digital resources describing mini-exercises for posture throughout the day. We do not collect health diagnoses or medical records. If you voluntarily describe physical comfort in a support message, we use that information solely to answer your question about program use and retain it only as long as needed for the support case.

7. Retention periods

We retain account and program access data for the duration of your subscription or lifetime license term, plus a reasonable period afterward for support. Contact form submissions are kept up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution. Financial records are retained for seven years in line with Dutch commercial record requirements. Server logs are rotated typically within ninety days unless needed for security investigations.

8. Recipients and international transfers

We share data with trusted processors bound by data processing agreements, including hosting providers within the European Economic Area, email delivery services, and payment processors. If a processor is located outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
