This Return Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for AlignSnap digital posture exercise programs sold by Powerankle through powerankle.ddd. We want you to feel confident before purchasing Morning Desk Align, Midday Reset Pack, or the Full Day Align Bundle.
1. Digital products
All AlignSnap offerings are digital downloads and streaming content. No physical goods are shipped. Access credentials are delivered by email after order confirmation, usually within one business day.
2. Statutory withdrawal right for EU consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving reasons. For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal right may not apply once performance has begun if you gave prior express consent and acknowledged that you lose the withdrawal right when delivery starts.
Before access is activated, you may cancel by emailing team@powerankle.site with your order reference. If access has not been granted, we refund the full amount within fourteen days using the original payment method.
3. Satisfaction guarantee
If you accessed a program and find that the content materially differs from its description on posture-programs.html—for example, missing modules or incorrect duration labels—contact us within fourteen days of first access. After verifying the issue, we may offer a repair (updated content), replacement access to another pack of equal value, or a partial or full refund at our discretion.
4. Cases where refunds may be declined
Refunds are generally not granted when: the program matched its description and you simply changed your mind after extensive use; your account was suspended for sharing credentials beyond licensed seats; or you requested a chargeback without contacting us first. We always assess claims fairly under Dutch consumer law.
5. Team and business licenses
Midday Reset Pack and Full Day Align Bundle team features are billed per seat block. Partial refunds for unused seats may be considered within thirty days if no seat has logged in. Contact team@powerankle.site with seat counts and invoice numbers.
6. Technical issues
If you cannot access content due to platform outages attributable to us, we extend access or refund proportionally. Issues caused by incompatible browsers or corporate firewalls are addressed through support first; we publish minimum technical requirements on powerankle.ddd.
7. How to request a return or refund
Email team@powerankle.site or use our contact form with your name, order date, program name, and reason. We acknowledge requests within two business days and aim to resolve them within fourteen days.
8. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Banks may require additional processing time. Currency is EUR for Netherlands customers as listed on the website.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve concerns directly. Unfounded chargebacks may lead to account closure.
10. Live workshops and appointments
In-person or virtual workshops booked through AlignSnap may be rescheduled with at least forty-eight hours notice. Cancellations within forty-eight hours may forfeit the session fee unless we can fill the slot.
11. Policy changes
We may update this Return Policy; the current version applies to orders placed after publication. Earlier orders retain rights available at purchase unless changes improve consumer protection.
